Devices built to ruin the light
Crash into the sorrows compliment
Miles high above fathers prayers
Not much as a witness to the fly
Today the stars drag against the grain
Twisting jackpots of monotonous sanity
A desert of eyes turned toward the sun
Truth be told to the winds of fables
Guide the blind down the shepherds path
Feel the weak to strong to fall through false starts
Shores of contact break through the armor
Shames eyes cry an appeasing monster
Another cut into the strong arm fold
Not to float among giants in the light
Long to far to stop the silence
The father son and the tomorrow
White lies in the congregation
Chosen amongst the turning tide
Fallen weakness amongst the sands
Turning back through the water way
Broken against the sanity
Fear grips the reaping
Pressure pulls the trigger
An alarm to shout the end
Twisted Day Dreams - White Light Lies In Sanity
It is amazing what can come from ones mind when the right stimulation is given. I was at work and had some horrid pain from a muscle spasm right over a herniated disc i have. I popped a good bit of meds, and laid down in my car with my iPod on. The music was not my norm, but the combination of the music, pain meds, and state of mind led me to start writting.
3 things came of this time, i call them my twisted day dreams. They make sense in my mind, will they in yours?
