Look Out

I know that I have long since worn out every possible type of thing to shoot at the aboretum, but I still love going there because of the wealth of visuals that it gives you to work with. And then we have times like this one where we get an interesting view of some of the worlds small little creatures playing. This (and the other squirrel coming tomorrow) were running up and down this tree, playing around. I was almost worried I wouldn't get a good shot as I was using my (complete hunk of junk) telephoto lens and it was in the shade. All but this one shot had some amount of blur, and I will take small little miracles like this any day of the week

This and the next are both minimally edited; the only thing done was a bit of a reduction of the severe amount of Chromatic Aberration that my lens produces. It was a simple bit of desaturating the cyan and blue layers each. Thankfully the main content doesn't have much in the way of either of those colors, so I was able to do it without hurting. And after some fighting in my head, I decided to leave the photo as it was taken, showing the little guy to be as he was, upside down staring down at me xD
